Please submit your question below and it will be considered for a future episode of the web TV show.

Here’s how to do it

1) Enter your name in the boxes marked ‘First name and Last name’.

2) Enter your email address in the box marked ‘Your E-mail Address’.

3) State your website address if you have one.

4) In the box marked ‘Your Question’, state what your occupation is, where you’re from and then state your question in one or two sentences. We love helping people but in this case, we don’t require your entire life history! So please keep it brief and to the point.

e.g. ‘I’m a teacher in Manhattan, NY. I feel absolutely wrecked in the afternoon after I finish my teaching. I use to be able to do more after my classes, what can I do?’

Finally, please understand that not all questions can be answered in the show, but we’ll consider as many as possible that will help the widest number of people. And obviously, don’t submit a question if you don’t want your name and details being discussed in front of a large audience!
