The whole video is a reflection of common feelings we all experience from time to time. Others can feel very limited by depression every day. I struggled most of my life so I know how it feels to deal with pain and depression every day.

The words came first, like a flood of inspiration after I had been meditating recently. The images and music were added over the following days as I pieced together a meaningful and uplifting multi-sensory message to share with you, your friends and loved ones - especially those that are feeling down-hearted and suffering from depression.
